Follow all local and state fire codes regarding recreational fires including burning bans. Products and accessories used for, and with, open flame and heat should be placed at least 25 feet away from your home, other structures like sheds and fences, or anything combustible. Do not set up products under string lights, power lines or trees. Wood-fueled or open-flame products should be placed on a fire-proof base (gravel, sand, hard-packed earth, etc.) and not on structures such as wood decks. Check local weather and avoid starting a fire in windy conditions. Children ALWAYS require ADULT supervision when open flame, coals, hot metal, ignitors or combustible materials are present.
