I wish I bought 2. I had to cook my eggs after cooking my bacon, I wish I could have cooked them at the same time. I'm going to order another one right now!
SHIPPING
Our goal is to get our products in your hands in the shortest amount of time possible and as economically as possible. We currently are ONLY shipping within the United States (but we are working on it).
• Processing time: Order verification, address verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed right at our shop for dispatch within 24-48 hours after the order is placed (because hey - we like to take weekends off too!). Total processing time 2–4 days - this includes the time it takes for the carrier to pick-up your order.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items, once picked-up at our shop by the carrier, to the destination. US orders are generally shipped via UPS or USPS but if you have other needs please reach out BEFORE placing your order. After processing and leaving our shop, items usually take between 3 and 10 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time (holidays, weather).

While we believe you will 100% love our products we also know that things happen from time to time. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
**Please note that NOT ALL ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS. Please see the individual item descriptions to see if the item(s) you are purchasing is eligible for return/refund.
If a product you order is eligible for RETURN/REFUND you will have 45 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Items to be returned must be returned in good (resalable) condition and must include ALL parts that shipped with that product. Customer pays for return shipping and refunds may include a deduction for the initial shipping cost we incurred.
TO START A RETURN:
1. Check to see if the items you have ordered are eligible for return.
2. Email Adam@Nordic-Fire.com and put “Return Request” in the subject line.
3. Please site the Order number in the body of the email.
4. Indicate if you would like to do a partial return or whole order return.
5. We will get back to you promptly with more instructions.
