Used to tie together a split log to provide a flat cooking surface -this can be a great camping, bushcraft or homesteading product. Use on your next camping trip or in the back yard. Spring, summer, fall or winter these are great family fun!


Use with logs ranging from 6 to 9 inches.
-Actual distance between spikes 6 5/8 inches to 9 5/8 inches.
-Small tines space the cook top 3/8 of an inch above the log for better airflow
-The tines also grip the log and make the whole assembly more sturdy
-Log dividers are .25 inches longer. It doesn't sound like much but it is helpful if the top of the log is not perfectly flat.
-Cooktop diameter 6 7/8 inches. Photos show it with a 6 inch and 10 inch cast iron skillet
-Made out of 3/16 mild steel. Total weight 2.4 lbs including spikes.

I wish I bought 2. I had to cook my eggs after cooking my bacon, I wish I could have cooked them at the same time. I'm going to order another one right now!

EASY SETUP

One dry log, split into quarters - 8" spikes tie the log together to provide a flat cooking surface, while the log dividers allow for air-flow to optimize the burn. Small tines grip the log and allow for air-flow under the cooking surface.

The Swedish Log Stove works with logs ranging from 6 to 9 inches in diameter. And can accommodate cast iron pans 6"-10".

What are the dimension of the Swedish log stove? How heavy is it?

The log stove is 10 3/4” x 10 3/4” (the circular part measures almost 7"). This will accommodate logs 6"-9" in diameter and a cast iron pan from 6" to 10". Small tines keep the cooking surface 3?8" off the log to allow for airflow. The nail spikes are 8" and are removable for packing (great for backpacking). Weighs 2.4 lbs.
